Background: Business owner is opening many locations for his bakery franchise, and needed customer friendly experiences, with managing everything.

Our Solution: Easy to use website, integrated with payment systems, and a backend admin system that connects everything: Locations, orders, products, reviews, etc.

The Tattooed Lender

Background: This client has done a couple of development cycles with us. First, a website that was custom for their mortgage lending business. Recently, they've reached back out to us to go all in on building and integrating AI features to scale their business operations.

Our Solution: Integrate with the website we previously built, but add the capabilities of having AI phone, chat, and customer service agents to help everything go smoothly.

The goal is to completely qualify a customer for a "lead", and get all the information extracted from them as needed. Once that is completed, they are connected with the actual agents. This takes forms in many different ways with the website, email, phone, sms and social media campaigns.

(We get to deploy all the AI stuff we've been working on this week! Very excited).

Legacy Power Solutions

Background: LPS was connected with us because they were looking for a CRM to manage their specific needs, while also being flexible for future updates.

Our Solution: We provided them with a customized CRM to help handle a bulk of prospects, leads, and deals. They are now starting a "Phase 2", of upgrading their website.
